KMTA will offer a Grant Reporting & Reimbursement Requirements webinar on Friday, October 26th at 10am. Please mark your calendars, as all current grantees are encouraged to attend. We also encourage those of you who have recently requested reimbursement to attend, so that you may understand the reason for recent changes, especially in regards to documentation.
The following topics will be covered during the 1-hour webinar:
- How to file for grant reimbursement
- Reimbursement requirements:Narrative Report; Budget/ Invoice; Documentation
- Federal regulations that apply to KMTA grants: 2 CFR 200 – “Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards” and Section 106 of National Historic Preservation Act
- How to address changesin project scope/ timeline
